please donate to help us continue doing so.

Steps To Travel:

If you want to travel on the next College Trip, here's what you need to do:

1. Pick your date and tour.

2. Join the College Trips Facebook group.

3. Print out the Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and Medical Treatment Authorization and Consent Form.

4. Make payment. Your payment and delivery of the required Release Forms holds your spot on the trip. You may submit these by mail or via email/PDF. If paying by PayPal, please indicate your student's name, age and school. Our trips usually sell out, so first come, first served. You may use the Pay Pal button below, mail your payment, or to personally deliver your check to Mr. Cantrell or Mrs. Carroll. (Make payments to College Trips.) Note: I have never turned a student away for financial reasons and don't intend to. If you are a solid, college-bound student but cannot afford the tour, then I encourage you to contact me about making special arrangements. Attendance and discipline violations at the student's school are potentially disqualifying factors for travel and may result in a forfeiture of payment at the sole discretion of College Trips.

5. Email, snail mail, or hand deliver these forms to Mr. Cantrell. (Templeton High School students may give them to Mrs. Carroll.) Our mailing address is:
College Trips
PO Box 4283
Paso Robles, CA 93447

6. Attend the mandatory informational meeting. Once the tour is booked, I will post information on Facebook regarding the date, time, and location of at least one mandatory informational meeting. These usually occur about three weeks out from the College Trip. You must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian. At this brief but mandatory event, we will discuss departure times and other essential details.

7. By the time of the informational meeting, students should have notified Mr. Cantrell of their roommate selection. Roommate changes must be made at least seven days prior to tour. I will do my best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee roommate preferences. There will usually be three students to a room, sometimes four. Our lodging will be at least 3 Diamond AAA-rated accommodations.

8. Monitor CollegeTrips.org and our Facebook group for tour updates.

9. Arrive on time for your College Trip adventure. Make sure to dress in layers and to bring money for food and incidentals. ($50 is a common amount for students to bring.)

Refund Policy: Students will be issued a full refund if requested within one month of travel, 1/2 refund if requested within 15 days of travel. My standard practice is to give students who must cancel due to events beyond their control a spot on a future College Trip (even if requested after the deadline).
